LISA HASE-JACKSON is the author of Flint & Fire (The Word Works, 2019), her debut collection and the winner of the 2018 Hilary Tham Capital Collection Series judged by Jericho Brown. She is a graduate of the Converse College Low-Residency MFA program and the Kansas State University Master’s in English program. Her poems have appeared in such literary magazines as Midwest Quarterly, Pilgrimage, and The South Carolina among others. She is the managing editor for South 85 Journal and teaches part-time at the College of Charleston. Lisa Hase-Jackson lives in Charleston, SC.
