Adriana Díaz Enciso is an author of poetry and fiction, as well as a translator. Born in Mexico, she has been living in London, UK, since 1999. She has published 13 books, including the novel Ciudad doliente de Dios (Alfaguara/UNAM, inspired by William Blake’s Prophetic Poems). Her first publication in the UK is Flint (Contraband Books, 2022). She has also written for the stage and for TV, and is the author of many lyrics for Mexican rock band Santa Sabina. From 2015 to 2018 she was on the Board of Trustees of the magazine Modern Poetry in Translation.
Alexandra Lytton Regalado is the author of Relinquenda, winner of the National Poetry Series (Beacon Press, 2022); the chapbook Piedra (La Chifurnia, 2022); and the poetry collection, Matria, winner of the St. Lawrence Book Award (Black Lawrence Press, 2017). Alexandra holds fellowships at CantoMundo and Letras Latinas and her work has appeared in The Best American Poetry, The Academy of American Poets, Narrative, Gulf Coast, World Literature Today, and Creative Nonfiction among others.
