Making It Whole: Poetry Chapbook

In this seven-week workshop for participants who are ready to put together a chapbook (must have 30 pages of strong poetry), we’ll explore how groups of poems can work together to create a focused and whole experience. During the first six weeks, participants will read model chapbooks and consider various strategies of organization, prepare their chapbook manuscripts, have them critiqued by the group and in turn critique the chapbooks of the other participants, revise their chapbooks, and have the final draft critiqued. The seventh meeting consists of an hour-long private session with the instructor. Please submit five poems before the workshop to laura.spencer@{{{{homeurl_non_www}}}}.
