Transport your writing to a new dimension! In this three-week online crash course, we will take our writing off the page and into the material world by experimenting with visual art, photography, music composition, paper-craft zines, sculpture, and more. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a fresh perspective of your writing, and maybe even a few new creative hobbies! Although there will be plenty of simple design tutorials, no previous art experience or special materials are required.
NO SET MEETING TIME: This workshop will take place over Moodle, which is an asynchronous forum based platform. The instructor will post a lesson and assignment every Monday, and participants have all week to log in and read the lessons/post assignments/comment on other classmates’ work. Shortly before the start date participants will recieve an email with login info. Please check your spam if you don’t see it.
