Bring wisdom, joy, and gratitude to your writing.
Each class will include discussion of inspiring poems, guided free-writes, and sharing as we explore how we can bring wisdom, joy, and gratitude to our writing. Between classes you will have reading and journal assignments. Our last class will be a formal and friendly workshop to celebrate the gifts we have shared throughout the course.
In-person class: This workshop will take place at The Writer’s Center, 4508 Walsh St, Bethesda MD.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
- How to read to enhance your own writing.
- Finding and creating intention through form.
- How to use suggestions in revision while keeping your poem in your own voice.
Time requirements
- 15-30 minutes per day

- All reading materials will be provided.
