This workshop focuses on good story telling by creating memorable inciting events, ground situations, and complex characters. This is a writing workshop, with peer review and direct instruction to help participants build stories that can change the way a reader views the world. Required text: The Best American Short Stories 2019, edited by Anthony Doerr. Note: No meeting April 7.
