Teaching Style: Alicia aims to provide students with a concrete set of tools that can be utilized toward specific goals, and also prove useful for future projects. She emphasizes drawing on a student’s innate or previously developed strong suits to form an individualized approach to projects, and to tackling any areas that need work. She caters her comments and lesson plans to the specific needs of student projects; therefore, no two classes are the same.
