DESCRIPTION:Being a successful writer is about more than getting published.\nWriting is a fulfilling journey with pleasures and pitfalls. In this workshop you’ll write a Writers Mission Statement and outline your writing “Wildest Dream.” We’ll tackle the tough rarely-discussed issues of creativity\, competition\, finding your unique voice\, success\, community and getting paid. Please bring something to take notes on. \n\nIn-person class: This workshop will take place at The Writer’s Center\, 4508 Walsh St\, Bethesda MD. \n\nIn this workshop you’ll:\n\nOutline and create a mission statement for your work\nDefine and describe your “Wildest Dream” writing project that can take you to the next level in your work\nLeave with tools to rejuvenate and sustain your writing life\n\nTime requirements\n\nNo time required outside of class.\n\nMaterials\n\nAll reading materials will be provided.\n\n\nIf you need an accommodation for this workshop\, please contact us at access@writer.org.
