Joy Cheriel Brown is an accomplished screenwriter who owns Third Person Omniscient Productions, and has served as a mentor for DC Shorts and a panelist for the screenwriting panel at the Prince George’s County Arts and Humanities Council’s Festival of Literary Arts.
