Transform pain into meaning through the power of words.
Writing can be both a creative act and a path toward healing. In this workshop, we’ll explore the practice of narrative healing—using storytelling and expressive writing to process life’s challenges and uncover meaning in our experiences. Participants will learn a creative, accessible approach to the expressive writing method, a well-researched practice shown to support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth. Through guided exercises, reflective prompts, and discussion, you’ll learn how to transform raw emotion into language that restores, empowers, and connects. Participants will leave with new writing and inspiration for future projects.
